Features of this very special 3 bedroom apartment include a wraparound terrace with a hot tub and exclusive use of a landscaped 80m garden that leads to the cliff edge. Off road parking for 3 cars – No pets & no smoking.

Dove Court is perched overlooking the resort of Shanklin, close to the beach and all amenities.
Dove Court was originally a Victorian “gentleman’s residence”. Whilst retaining many period features, it has been designed by an architect to form light and airy apartments with a contemporary feel.
It occupies a large corner plot and enjoys an open aspect in all directions, with views of the pretty seaside town of Shanklin to the downs.

Dove Court consists of 2 1 bed and 3 2 bed apartments. The 1 bed apartments sleep 2 people in a double room. The 2 bed apartments have one double and 1 twin room. The 2 bed apartments both have an en suite bathroom off the double room and a separate family bathroom.

All apartments have their own furnished balcony or terrace within landscaped communal gardens. All have allocated parking and access to bike storage. A free cot and high chair can be provided on request. Each apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a reclining leather sofa, 40” TV and DVD, dining furniture, and fully fitted contemporary kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
