The Brasserie is the restaurant within The Aqua on Shanklin seafront and is open to the public. It is situated on the ground floor and entered via reception. There are individual tables set within a modern New England themed design with cooling overhead fans and large picture windows overlooking the seafront. The menu is varied and has the benefit of an extra daily specials board to provide even more choice. The chefs have designed and produced a wonderful selection of meals that have received plaudits from customers who have re-visited many times. They take great pride in the quality of the ingredients which are purchased locally whenever possible. The waiting staff take orders at the tables and always endeavour to provide the style and comfort of a first class service.
