Old Shanklin is a family owned boutique guest house, in a modernised, traditional Victorian house. It is situated in Shanklin Old Village, yards from the variety of restaurants, pubs and tea rooms Shanklin has to offer and the many walking trails; coastal and downs and close to the Red Squirrel cycle trail. The beautiful bay is a 5 minute walk. All of the Island’s attractions are easily accessed from Shanklin by car, bus and train.

All rooms are double and en suite. The two largest rooms having Super King size beds and a sofa or chaise lounge. Guests are also welcome to use the guest lounge and garden.

One of the highlights of a stay at OSGH is the breakfast. As well as the main menu of full English breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on brioche, bagels, eggs & soldiers and porridge, there is also a daily changing specials board of home made breakfast inspiration from around the world. Breakfast is also complimented with homemade bread, jam & marmalade & home grown produce when possible.
