Rich started making cheese at the dairy in Queenbower in October 2006.The aim was to create a variety of small scale handmade cheeses for the Island. Shortly afterwards they started winning awards, and in November 2017 they completed on the purchase of Queen Bower Dairy after the dairy farmer retired. They now have 60 cows in the herd and they are a mixture of Guernsey and Jersey breeds. Find their cheese all over the Island and the South of England in all good farmshops and delicatessens.
