Cornerstone is a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian family home situated above the traditional Victorian seaside resort of Ventnor. Nestling below St Boniface Down the area has something for everyone. From a bracing walk to the top of the downs, to a gentle stroll along the cliff path or an exploratory amble beside the shore.

There is much or as little as you wish to do on this lovely Island and Cornerstone makes an ideal base for exploring or just relaxing. Ventnor is renown for its Mediterranean climate making it one of the sunniest places in England.

Dogs are welcome in the West Apartment.

Cornerstone offers two refurbished, spacious garden apartments, each having one double bedroom. Both apartments overlook the garden. The garden has seaviews as well as views of St Boniface Downs.

The kitchens are both equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge(freezer box) and microwave. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. The apartments are fitted with TV, DVD, radio and CD player. Cot and highchair available. We provide a washing machine in the East Apartment and a dishwasher in the West. Both apartments have a shower room.

Both apartments have use of the garden, each apartment has table, chairs and BBQ provided. Cornerstone welcomes families. The garden is fenced but please be aware that there is a small retaining wall and a few steps which young children will need to be supervised. There is also a trampoline with safety netting which children or those energetic adults can use – but parents are solely responsible for their children.

The apartments are personally supervised to maintain a high standard of cleanliness so you can be assured that we will do our best to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.
